I’d highly recommend that anyone considering submitting any type of writing to anyone at any time PLEASE go over to Miss Snark and read EVERY SINGLE CRAPOMETER ENTRY and TAKE NOTES. Lots of notes.

And just because Miss Snark isn’t commenting on the atrocious grammar, punctuation, and spelling in many of these letters doesn’t mean that the grammar, punctuation, and spelling aren’t atrocious — they are. She’s got 100 of these babies to get through, and anyone whose submission is Crapometer-ed should be grateful for what he or she got. I’m not suggesting that Miss Snark should be correcting grammar (that’s your job — BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR SUBMISSION), but pointing out that there’s a LOT of grammar that needs correcting, in addition to the issues Miss S. is so kindly bringing to the writers’ attention. Oy.
