I know. Isn’t it pathetic?
A couple of years ago, some organization did a study of Microsoft’s grammar-checking tool and found that it’s wrong 70 percent (or was it 80 percent?) of the time. For the gazillionth time, I’m wishing I’d saved the article on the study.

This is exactly why it is so important to learn CORRECT GRAMMAR. People today, especially those still in school, think they can just rely on programs like MS Word to bail them out. Gah.
Can’t you tell web wonks wrote that program? No way an editor did! LOL!
My mom edited something for a friend, and the friend actually questioned her word against the edit that MS Word gave her. (My mom’s edit was near perfect!) This friend actually thinks that MS Word is trustworthy! Ugh!
