Cancer survivorship resources (break from regularly scheduled programming)

I'm Too Young For This!

www.inkthinkerblog.com — One of my favorite clients, Steps For Living (SFL), launched a new program focusing on adolescent and young adult cancer survivors (as far as I’m concerned, you’re a survivor the moment you’re diagnosed) over at I’m Too Young For This (i2y for short). If you’ve got cancer or know someone who does (and let’s face it, who doesn’t know someone with cancer these days?), SFL and i2y are must-sees for you and your friends and family.

Kristin, the American Cancer Society also defines ‘survivorship’ as beginning the moment of diagnosis.

As a 39 year old two time breast cancer survivor having recently written a profile on a 10 year old two time childhood cancer survivor … I applaud your client for launching this program. I’ll check it out asap.

    Thanks for sharing!
