www.inkthinkerblog.com — Did you know that bloggers have their very own holiday? Started in 2004, International Weblogger’s Day is an annual celebration of blogs and the people who make them so valuable.
From the official InWeDay website:
Blogging has changed from being simply a personal journal designed to give us a sense of our past to becoming a medium, a channel through which words work to change things, be it ourselves, those around us, or the world beyond.
Has blogging changed your life? Has it changed your writing style, or the way you look at how others write? Do you love it or hate it? Could you live without it?
Today is all about blogs. Share your thoughts in the comments.

I can’t believe there’s an international weblogger’s day! It’s as if they knew that I joined the blogosphere this very week! I can’t wait to find out how the experience will change me.

Yes, blogging has changed my life. I’ve made friends all over the planet. It’s allowed me to write in my own conversational style and join in the ensuing conversation in comments. It would be hard to live without it.
Thanks…I didn’t know there was a day for bloggers…
I don’t know if it has changed my life, but it has done three important things for me:
1. It has made my writing voice clear and consistent.
2. Because of the need to blog almost daily, I’ve looked for information about my niche and learned a tremendous amount from others.
3. Most important, I’ve developed some wonderful, unexpected relationships with other bloggers.
