www.inkthinkerblog.com — I registered for SOBCon08 which will be held in Chicago on May 2-4, 2008. It promises to be a good time for all, with a fantastic program. And for a 3-day event, it’s a steal at $450/person (or $350 if you’re a returning attendee). The only thing is, space is limited to 250 registrants, so if you’re planning to go DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER.
Let me know if you’ll be there, particularly if you’re a cheap girl like me and want to share a hotel room. :)

I’m not going, but I wanted to thank you for changing some of the colors. That bright blue in the headline font was SO hard on the eyes. Dark is better!

You’re welcome! I’m accepting other requests for tweaks, so don’t be shy. :)
I really wish I could go, but it’s not in the budget. Will I see you at BWE in Sepetember?
– Deb
I’m embarrassed to admit that I don’t know what BWE is. Clue me in?

Thanks for the heads up about this. I’m in the Chicago area (about an hour away by train), so I might just have to do it. :-)
@deb – ooooooo……. Maybe, maybe. It will depend on moving plans, but a definite possibility. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for the official program to be announced.
@amy – Let me know if you do decide to attend!
Hey Kristen – just thought I’d let you know I’m not going to be able to make it. Turns out one of the days falls on a day I’ll be out of town, ironically (since I rarely ever go anyplace). Wish I’d known about it sooner.
Bummer! Well I hope you’re doing something fun. :)
Food safety conference. Not fun. But since I work for a few food poisoning lawyers, it will be useful work-wise. I’d much rather play with bloggers though. :-(
I hope you will blog about it. I’ve never been to one of these conferences, and I’m always intrigued about what goes on. :-)
I most definitely will. :)
