(www.inkthinkerblog.com) — I grew up with computers, and I spend my days clacking away on the keyboard. You’d think I’d be able to type by now. Well, you’d be wrong. There are some words that, despite the fact that I do honestly know how to spell them, I simply cannot type them correctly on the first shot. Ever. Here are this morning’s most common culprits — or, perhaps more appropriately, victims:
- communiactions
- acqusitieon
- organizeation
- supervsied
- mangement
- krsiten (this one is BAD!)
- stregnths
- oustanding
- accomolishments
- throughtou
- administraiton
What words do you consistently mangle?

Oh man, I thought I was the only one who does this. My big baddies are probably, whether, and on really bad days, pregnancy and organic which is so damn sad since I blog those two topics continually. I think I just type too fast without thinking. I have more, but I can’t think of them right now. The funny thing is that it’s the little, not big words I always screw up.
Sadly, I often incorrectly type my own first name. For some reason I keep missing that first “r.” You’d think that at 37 years old, and the fact that I type about 100 wpm with 98% accuracy, I would have nailed it by now.
Well, you’d be wrong.
