This advertising company deserves a raise

www.inkthinkerblog.com — Or not. It’s gotta be hard to come up with a slogan for a company that makes coffins. I laughed out loud when I saw this painted on the side of an 18-wheeler the other day:

New England Casket Company
E. Boston, MA
“The best in hardwood”

Don’t forget to nominate ::inkthinker:: for Best Blog for Writers!

Okay, people, I really need your nominations!

www.inkthinkerblog.com — Seriously, Deb and Carson are kicking my butt! I need some reader love, and I need it ASAP. Actually, this isn’t quite as critical as I’m making it out to be, seeing as how there are 10 available spots in the Stelzner WhitePaperSource Top 10 Blogs for Writers, but I’d like to make a decent showing, and I KNOW how many folks are visiting this blog every week. Help me out and cast your vote!

I’m trying this new organization thing

www.inkthinkerblog.com — It’s a new-fangled concept, so I’m not sure how I feel about it, but I keep hearing people talk about this thing called organization. From what I understand, it means knowing where things are without having to search for them for ages. It also means having some kind of repeatable, sustainable system for putting things in known places on a consistent basis. Evidently, applying this concept means more open spaces in one’s home, less stress, and less wasted time. And I hear that putting things away when you’re finished using them instead of setting them aside in case you might need them later is the first step. Whatever. Let’s see how long this fad lasts.
